When you use your debit card to transfer money online, the exchange rate seen at the time you upload your transfer will be secured*. Debit card money transfers are the easiest and most hassle-free way to transfer money – you do everything online yourself!

When using your UK debit card to transfer the money online, the funds will clear into  our account immediately.  
When you use your UK debit card online before 12 noon GMT (on working days only), your money will be transferred overseas that same day and will clear in recipient country within 1 – 3 working days.
The exchange rate at the time of transfer upload is secured*.

How it works:

1. If you are a registered user then please enter your username and password. Your username is your login id
2. Or as a new user you can register with us; we will send you an email to verify your details
3. Then add the details of the person you are sending the money to
4. Which country you are sending from
5. The location details of where you would like them to pick it up 
6. Then select payment option 
   1. Pay by credit card option
   2. Enter your credit card details
7. We will send you confirmation of your transaction to your email
8. Give the unique id to the person picking up the cash
9. They must go with an appropriate national id

Exchange Rate Terms & Conditions:

The exchange rate displayed when you submit your transfer will be the actual rate secured if the following terms are met:

• A valid UK debit card in your own name is used on our website successfully.
• The “on my request” option is not selected.
• Your account has been activated and you have received a confirmation email stating this.
• When transferring an amount of £10,000 (or foreign currency equivalent) or more, or £30,000 (or foreign currency equivalent) in a 12 month rolling period, Fadugu needs to receive proof of “source of funds” as prescribed by HMRC’s Anti-money laundering regulations.  In these cases 1st Contact can only secure you an exchange rate when we receive your documentation.

Fadugu reserves the right to amend rates at their discretion in line with market movements, when the transfer is uploaded outside office hours (8am – 5pm (GMT), Monday to Friday - excluding Bank holidays).
