If you are not using your debit card, manual money transfers require a few extra steps.

Pay Cash in Bank

Step 1 – Register and create a FADUGU Account and complete all the personal details requested.

Step 2 – Start a New Transfer and choose “Pay Cash in Bank” as payment method

Step 3 – Fill in all the applicable information about how much you wish to transfer as well as where the money must be sent – you will be given a transaction reference id; that will be put in a “pending” state till funds are received.

Step 4 – Log into your internet banking and transfer your funds into the relevant Fadugu bank account using your transaction reference id.

Step 5 – Ensure that the Transaction Reference ID you use for your internet banking payment matches the reference allocated to you during the transfer processed.

Step 6 – Check your email for the confirmation email to confirm that the payment was successful. Internet bank transfers may take up to 3 working days to clear into our account, and we will only be able to process your money transfer once we have cleared funds.

Step 7 – You will receive an email confirmation once the funds clear into our account, after which we will immediately transfer it to the account you specified.
