How the Fadugu SNAP pre-pay card works

Hand over your card to the shop assistant and tell them the amount you wish to load onto it: £20, £25, £30, £40, £50, £75 or £100. Please note that no card can have a balance of more than £100.
The assistant will swipe your card through a top–up terminal and then give you a receipt once you have paid. You can start spending as soon as your SNAP Card is loaded.
When the amount on your card is getting low, just top it up again.

The Fadugu pre-paid card will be delivered to you absolutely free of charge.

1. Take it to any of over 40,000 different locations in the UK to Top-up your SNAP Card as well as at thousands of Post Offices across the country. Check our online Store Locator for the retailer nearest to you, or watch for the SNAP logo in shop windows.
2. Once you have received the top-up card you can load it with cash at no cost to you and then come back online and use it to send money with us.

Send money online using the loaded Fadugu SNAP pre-paid card

1. First register with us. To use the Fadugu service, you need to register by completing our simple registration form online then log in immediately with your username and password . We require your details to meet regulatory requirements and help us communicate with you.
2. Once in the Accounts Area Add the details of the person you are sending the money to

4. Then select payment option “ Fadugu Prepaid card”
5. To make payments simply enter your card details and PIN number at the back of the card to authorise payment.
