Central to Fadugu’s core value and mission statement is it’s contribution to the social and economic development of the local community we serve, by working closely with microfinance institutions we can lleverage the growing volume of remittance flows to provide access to financial services to millions of poor people and thus contribute to reduce poverty and promote economic growth.

By bringing millions of poor people into the financial system, countries can grant their citizens the opportunity to save, build their assets, and smooth their consumption. Moreover, new opportunities can be opened up for entrepreneurs in developing countries, even those who do not start out with sufficient wealth, to take the first steps in realizing their business ventures.

Through partnership with varied organisations, Fadugu participates in an extensive array of programs, ranging from focused debates, sponsored training programs to engages it’s customers on the efficient use of remittances abroad.

Fadugu as a direct contribution to community development has developed the Fadugu Fund – for every transaction completed through our website we will donate a dollar to the fund which will then be used as a start-up grants for micro-enterprises.
